Engineered Marine Products (EMP) warrants that its products are manufactured free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of delivery for all EMP products. EMP reserves the right to inspect and/or test the defective merchandise prior to issuing any refund to insure the failure is due to defect and not user error.  See warranty page for more information.

All purchases made and are returned for reason other than being defective must be made within 30 days of delivery date and in original packaging. Any item returned that requires repackaging by EMP is subject to a 20% restock fee.
